Flicket proudly introduces the latest additions to its ever-expanding family: Heather Hammond and Lisa Dalton. Their arrival marks a substantial enhancement to our team, as we wholeheartedly embrace their extensive experience, impressive skills, and steadfast commitment to the ticketing industry.

Heather Hammond joins Flicket as the Operations Manager, bringing with her a remarkable track record as a customer-centric leader who cultivates partnerships that fuel growth and transformation. With an extensive background in ticketing and operational leadership within the sports and entertainment sectors.

Heather has spearheaded successful ventures, including the RWC 2011, FIFA U20 World Cup, Australian Open, and Melbourne Grand Prix. Heather’s proficiency lies in translating strategic visions into reality, managing intricate milestones, and upholding operational excellence in the face of ever-evolving priorities.

Adding further strength to our team is Lisa Dalton, who assumes the role of Key Account Manager. With an impressive 15-year tenure in the industry, Lisa commenced her journey as an Event Manager, evolving into a seasoned professional within the ticketing and events domain. Her expertise spans multiple ticketing systems, reporting, and the orchestration of large stadium venues across New Zealand and Australia. During her illustrious 12-year tenure with one of New Zealand’s premier sporting organisations, the One New Zealand Warriors, Lisa distinguished herself in ticket promotion, pricing strategies, membership initiatives, and marketing endeavours. Recognised for her organisational acumen, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering customer-centric approach, Lisa emerges as the consummate ticketing expert, poised to propel Flickets partners forward.
