Benefits:
- Competitive base salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Management:
- Identify and engage potential clients across various entertainment sectors, including sports, music, fairs, venues, and more.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with senior executives to create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to specific markets and client needs.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Build and develop a pipeline of target market customers.
- Proactively reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, establishing initial contact, and generating interest in our services.
- Craft compelling pitches tailored to the needs and interests of potential clients.
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads, monitor progress, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Develop and implement strategic sequences to nurture leads, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
Negotiation and Deal-Making:
- Negotiate contracts and deals with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms and maximising value for all parties involved.
- Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and a deep understanding of industry standards and practices.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments within Flicket, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support client initiatives and drive success.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and shared goals.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the entertainment landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (Preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in sales, client management, or a related role within the entertainment industry is preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to anticipate market shifts.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.

- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed targets.
