The Opportunity:
For our partners, their fans are at the heart of everything they do. At Flicket, we exist to help teams and events build deeper connections with their fans by delivering seamless, integrated experiences that remove friction at every touchpoint.
As part of our senior leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product. Collaborating with fellow leaders, you'll define how we scale, innovate, and disrupt the ticketing space.
With a diverse portfolio of partners across New Zealand and beyond, you’ll identify new ways to drive growth, unlock fresh revenue opportunities, launch impactful features, and empower our partners to sell more to more fans.
You’ll join a passionate, collaborative team of designers, product managers, and engineers deeply committed to solving real customer problems and delivering value at speed.
A little bit about us:
Flicket was born out of the need to remove the friction between events and their fans. We know that fans want a direct connection with the brands they support, and we are here to enable seamless fan engagement and experiences. We drive a deep understanding of our partners’ customers so they can focus on creating the best possible experience. We offer a platform that helps our partners fill venues and create raving fans, and we have a reputation for going the extra mile in making that happen. We believe leading technology is frictionless, and we are on a mission to disrupt traditional ticketing companies globally.
Role Snapshot:
We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to help shape the future of ticketing. In this role, you'll refine our core platform while driving the launch of new, innovative products. You’ll work closely with our partners and their fans to understand what creates friction and how we can remove it, unlocking value for everyone involved.
You’ll own ideas end-to-end, from discovery to launch, and collaborate closely with design, engineering, product marketing, customer success and commercial teams to bring them to life. We move fast, iterate often, and you’ll see the real-world impact of your work quickly.
This is a high-impact, senior role with strategic and people leadership responsibilities. You’ll lead two Product Managers, providing coaching and mentorship to help them thrive and playing a key role in growing and shaping the product function. As part of the senior leadership team, you'll help guide our product vision and influence company-wide decision-making.
We’re a remote-first team working across New Zealand, with the option to base yourself at our Mount Maungaui HQ if you're in Tauranga.
A bit about you:
We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Lead Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments and knows how to balance execution with strategic thinking. You can lead with autonomy, but also know when to lean in to support and guide others, particularly the Product Managers you’ll coach and mentor.
You’re as comfortable in the trenches with a dev team delivering features as you are out talking to customers, unearthing insights, and hustling through discovery to find the next big opportunity. You’re a natural communicator, keeping stakeholders aligned and informed, and you bring clarity and focus to complex initiatives. Above all, you’re constantly evolving how product management shows up in the business, driving maturity, discipline, and outcomes.
You accept ambiguity and embrace change, knowing the ticketing industry is fast-moving and dynamic. Your adaptability allows you to navigate uncertainty and keep the team aligned confidently.
You’ll bring experience in:
- End-to-end product management, from discovery through to delivery and go-to-market
- Working hands-on with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
- Driving roadmap prioritisation based on value and strategic fit
- Balancing short-term delivery with long-term product thinking
- Clear and effective stakeholder communication at all levels
- Leading and mentoring other product managers to grow their capability
- Continuously improving how the product function operates
- Partnering directly with customers to validate problems and test solutions
Join us, and help shape the future of ticketing through innovation, velocity, and a relentless focus on value.
Successful applicants will be based in New Zealand and have the legal right to work here.
