From scanning tickets at the gate to helping fans get inside faster, you’ll be right at the heart of the action.

What you’ll be doing

Depending on the event, you might be:

• Scanning tickets and welcoming fans at entry gates
• Helping customers with questions and problem-solving on the spot
• Selling tickets or upgrades via point-of-sale
• Working with event teams to keep things running smoothly

You’ll be using Flicket’s event technology on the ground, it's simple, fast and built for big crowds.

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need prior event experience (we’ll train you). What matters most is your attitude.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re:

• Friendly, confident and great with people
• Reliable and punctual (events wait for no one)
• Calm under pressure when things get busy
• Quick to learn and happy to follow instructions
• Proud of delivering great customer experiences

Experience in events, hospitality, retail or customer service is a bonus – but not essential.
