Flicket Announced as Ticketing Partner for Steven Adams Community Camps Across New Zealand and Australia
Flicket has been announced as ticketing partner for the 2026 Steven Adams Community Camps, supporting a series of basketball and community events across New Zealand and Australia.
Founded by NBA star Steven Adams, the camps provide young athletes with the opportunity to develop their basketball skills while learning valuable lessons around teamwork, leadership, resilience, and community. The 2026 tour will visit four locations across New Zealand and Australia, bringing together hundreds of young athletes and their families.
The partnership will see Flicket power registrations and attendee management across the entire tour, delivering a seamless experience for participants, parents, and event organizers.
This year's camps will begin on 28 July in Hutt at Walter Nash Stadium before heading to Nelson on 30 July at Saxton Stadium. The tour will then cross the Tasman to Australia's Gold Coast on 3 August at Gold Coast Sports & Leisure Centre before concluding with a two-day camp in Gisborne (Tūranganui a Kiwa) on 5 and 6 August at YMCA Gisborne.
"Steven Adams Community Camps have become an incredibly important initiative for young basketball players and communities across New Zealand and Australia," said Ben Calvert, CEO and Co-Founder of Flicket.
"These events are about much more than registrations and attendance. They're about creating opportunities, inspiring the next generation and delivering meaningful experiences for young people. We're proud to support the team behind the camps and help deliver a seamless experience for every participant and family attending."
The partnership further expands Flicket's growing presence across community sport, major events and participation programs throughout Australasia and North America.
By leveraging Flicket's event commerce platform, the Steven Adams Community Camps team will have access to streamlined registration management, real-time attendee insights, and reporting tools designed to simplify event operations while enhancing the participant experience.
The 2026 camps are expected to attract aspiring basketball players from across both countries, continuing the program's mission of making high-quality basketball development opportunities accessible to young athletes.
